January is the skier's month. Val d'Isère is the skier's resort, particularly this year, when we have so much more than our share of the snow in the Alps. YSE still has a few chalets available over the coming weeks, and a few individual rooms in partly-full chalets. We're selling them off with generous discounts. OK, you might find bigger discounts from companies who over-price in the first place, and you could get a real cheapie to somewhere you don't want to go, but you won't find comparable quality at comparable prices anywhere.
